Marietas Islands Scuba Adventure

Jacques Yves Cousteau made the Marietas Island famous by chronicling the vast richness of the underwater life. Join our Marietas Islands Scuba Adventure and see thousands of tropical species around the reef area of the islands. Walls of fish and the Pacific Manta Ray characterize this dive spot located just 22 miles out of Puerto Vallarta. Bring your friends and family, even those who don't scuba, because there is plenty of shallow coral reef for them to see, too. Depths start at 15 feet.

Our catamaran will whisk you and your group out to the islands, which support an extremely diverse range of wildlife, both on land and in the water. While you dive, your friends or family can explore the islands on nature trails, go kayaking, snorkel the shallow areas, or just lay on the beautiful beach and soak up the sun. It's the perfect group outing for everyone- there's something to do for every personality!

The deepest dives at Marietas Islands are 90 feet. You will want to locate one of the many cleaning stations, so ask your PADI-certified dive master to point one out to you. Giant Pacific Manta rays approach cleaning stations on a regular basis at Las Marietas, so one of the number one things to watch out for are these huge rays. Pacific Mantas get to be up to 14 feet long. Imagine seeing one of these majestic creatures as it slowly approaches a cleaning station. Plenty of photographic opportunities here!

And it couldn't be any easier for you and your family: we provide a light breakfast, lunch and beverages. For the divers in your group, we'll provide wet suit, BCC, regulator, and weights. The seven hour tour leaves at 9am six days a week so you can easily book a hassle-free trip that accommodates your vacation plans.
